This website, blackmajic.online (the “Site”), is operated by BLACK MAJIC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Products & pricing

All products are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen's display matches the physical product, and slight variations in print placement and color are inherent to on-demand printing and are not defects. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, and text — is the property of BLACK MAJIC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item only; it does not transfer any rights to the underlying artwork. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' intellectual property, to transmit malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

8. Third-party services

Orders are produced and fulfilled through third-party printing partners, and the Site may contain links to third-party tools or content. We are not liable for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLACK MAJIC and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
