Every item is printed on demand just for you. Production typically takes 5–10 business days before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but reshipping costs will apply. Address changes can only be made before the order ships — email johnnie.j.james@gmail.com as soon as possible.

International duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Delays

Estimated times are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and high-volume periods can extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived well past the estimate, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
